The full list of Kent restaurants that have made it into the Michelin Guide

The Hide And Fox restaurant in Saltwood, Hythe, is the latest Kent eatery to be awarded the prestigious Michelin Star.
Under owners Alistair Barsby and Alice Bussi, the restaurant was awarded the gong at a live streamed ceremony in London on January 25th.

Head chef Barsby took to social media to comment: “Words don’t come close… thank you so much @michelinguide @michelininspectors”
