The Cow Shed Bar & Grill will bring their grill menu and cocktails to Faversham
Birchington burger experts The Cow Shed Bar & Grill will be adding to their venues as they set up at The Ship Inn, Ospringe, Faversham.
The Ship Inn became available recently when long-time landlord John Baker retired after 36 years behind the bar.
The Cow Shed will now take over the popular Faversham pub and change the menu to reflect their Birchington site, packed with grill options as well as a cracking cocktail selection.
The team said: “We will be running the same menu as here once the kitchen renovations are completed!
At the moment we are running a reduced menu but still with all the same Cow Shed flavours ☺️🤤🐮!”
A sample of the menu reveals:
The Busha Burger - hand-pressed beef burger wrapped in streaky bacon, stuffed with mozzarella & beef tomato served naked with skinny fries & peppercorn sauce
The Flamed St George - Special recipe hot dog topped with pulled beef brisket, triple cheese sauce & skinny fries
Jack Daniels’ Brisket Balls
Chicago Style Full rack of Ribs in house BBQ or homemade firecracker sauce with skinny fries
16oz T-bone Steak with skinny fries and peppery watercress
Food now being served daily from 12:00-20:45 Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday lunches 12:00-16:45!
