DONT WALK WALK Gallery's first ever arts festival at Deal Castle

The Deal gallery with punk rock ethics will be taking some 300 pieces to the castle

DONT WALK WALK Gallery in Deal will be holding its first ever arts festival, within the walls of spectacular Deal Castle on 13th, 14th & 20th, 21st of November.

This will be an opportunity to see a wider collection of the Gallery’s artists work.

DONT WALK WALK is famous for its photography, print, painting and sculpture being matched with decks, records and props - there is a real punky, in-your-face ethos, reflected in the artists on show - from the likes of Noel Fielding, paul Smith, Fantastic Sausages, Jim Moir, Hannah Forward, Grace Pickering and many more.

Neil took to social media to say: “We are very excited to announce our first ever arts festival in the belly of Henry VIII’s Deal Castle. We will be using this prestigious space to showcase more of each artist work than physically possible in the gallery. This will be a great opportunity to purchase Christmas gifts or that special piece of art for your home.

”We have tickets available for the Private View on Friday 12th of November and tickets for the two consecutive weekends. You can also use your weekend tickets to explore the Castle throughout.”

On the 20th (3pm-4pm), special guest and legendary Hacienda DJ Mike Pickering will be laying down an ambient selection of tunes as part of the Festival.
