Free festival CSP in the Park announces Canterbury return date

Festival returns after five year hiatus




After a five-year intermission, Canterbury’s original FREE TO ENTER music and arts festival, CSP in The Park, triumphantly returns to Dane John Gardens this May 2024.

Rekindling the city's summer spirit, the renowned festival that began in 2016 finally returns promising a May Day Bank Holiday weekend brimming with vibrant music, art, and cultural festivities.

Steeped in tradition, CSP In the Park (@cspinthepark) remains true to its mission - delivering a free-to-enter extraordinary festival experience with professional-grade production, and a platform for local creative talent. 

Event organisers are expecting thousands of attendees to come and enjoy the event in 2024. Regaining its stance as one of Kent’s biggest and best Free Music Events.

CSP In The Park 2024 has been carefully curated and programmed to cater for all audiences including a children area. Attendees can expect a cross-genre and diverse line-up of acts and performers, ranging from full brass-bands to spoken word poets and a whole array of other artists, DJs, comedians, and musicians. 

Whether its spending quality time with family, lounging on the grass with a cold pint, dancing to a wicked band or DJ, or trying some of Kents tastiest Street Food, CSP in The Park has got you covered this May.
