Kent boxer Chev Clarke (@teamc4chev) has moved to 8-0 in his quest to attain more title belts.

Chev, who hails from Gravesend, beat fTommy McCarthy in Belfast on January 27th with a brutal fourth round stoppage, snapping up the vacant WBA Inter-Continental Cruiser belt in the process.

Clarke also won the IBF International Cruiserweight title back in September 2023 beating the Czech Republic’s Vasil Ducar by unanimous decision at the OVO Arena, Wembley.

Clarke, who is already the mandatory fight for the British title held by Isaac Chamberlain, continues to stack up the victories in his quest for yet another belt.

Having signed with Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing in 2022, Clarke has won all eight fights since turning professional, having previously represented Team GB at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

In an online interview Hearn said he believes Clarke will “go on to become a World Champion”.
