Moot Brew Co. to open new Tap Room this week

The independent microbrewery will be opening ITS new taproom at Court Farm, Upper Halling

Independent microbrewery Moot Brew Co. will be opening its new taproom at Court Farm, Upper Halling - a stone’s throw from Rochester - this weekend.

Showcasing English hops and pairing them with hops from around the world is kinda its thing - from badass bitters to primo pales, Moot (@mootbrew) has got you covered.

The new Moot Taproom will be open for visitors from March 25th where enthusiasts will be able to learn about its regenerative brewing partnership with Court Farm - it aims to brew beer that’s good for the planet by minimising waste and enhancing ecosystem biodiversity. Or you can just enjoy one if its beers…

One of its favourites, the KAPA [Kentish American Pale Ale] pairs Juicy Citra with Kentish Fuggles and Bramling Cross to create a big punch of citrus and hedgerow fruits. The slightly sweet finish is cut by Kveik Voss Yeast and softened by a full body of oats and wheat. The result? An extremely sessionable and refreshing hazy pale that stands out from the pack.

The launch party, will show off Moot beers on draft and cask as well the best burgers in town supplied by The Dead Pigeon!

There is plenty of seating inside and out, being both dog and child friendly (as long as accompanied by a parent).
