Stagecoach performing arts school to open sessions in Faversham, Kent
New classes in singing, dancing, and acting - free taster session this weekend
Fiona McLaren, a local performing arts teacher and principal of the existing Stagecoach school in Whitstable is set to inspire the next generation of budding young performers in Faversham.
Opening this month, the school will be offering new weekend classes in singing, dancing, and acting, provided by an expert team of performing arts teachers.
Youngsters in the local community will also be able to attend a free ‘taster’ morning on Saturday 9th September, which will give an insight into skills they will pick up, from creative exploration to a full introduction into the world of theatre and much more.
Fiona said: “Due to the popular demand of our Friday classes, I’m so excited to expand with new Saturday classes - building a strong, creative syllabus that will challenge the talented children of Faversham whilst being fun, educational, stimulating and rewarding for them.
“At Stagecoach Whitstable & Faversham, we believe in nurturing young talents and fostering a love for the performing arts. Our Ofsted registered programme is designed to provide a fun and supportive environment for children aged 6 to 18 to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop their skills in acting, singing, and dancing.”

Early Stages classes are available for children aged four to six and Main Stages classes take place for six- to 18-year-olds every weekend.
