Twelve independent record stores from Kent will be joining more than 250 shops from across the UK in taking part in what’s become one of the biggest events in the music calendar - Record Store Day - on Saturday, April 20th.
With record shop parties, live performances, DJ sets and more expected on the day, 2024 marks the 17th annual celebration of Record Store Day as it shines a light on the unique culture of record shopping, the art of vinyl and the incredible music-loving people behind the counter who serve music to their local communities.
But even if your local store isn’t taking part, please to give them some love and pop in for a visit anyway.
